Paper Options For Readability And Professional Presentation
Most conference users choose matt or satin for readability and controlled glare in halls and exhibition lighting. Where a more robust display surface is needed (for example for re-use at multiple events), polyester canvas is also available.
- 230gsm Matt: Thick paper, strong readability under bright lights.
- 190gsm Satin: Smooth, thinner paper.
- Canvas: tear-resistant, robust option for reusable display and presentation boards.
Artwork Setup And Submission
Images and PDFs can be uploaded, but for best quality we recommend submitting a PDF. Posters can be created in tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.
- Set your document/slide size to the exact final print size where possible.
- If exact size is not possible, use at least an A-size format; A-series proportions are the same.
- PowerPoint files must be exported/saved as PDF before submission.
- We only accept image files or PDFs for upload.
